France, Eure, Les Andelys – May 21, 2022: Panoramic view of ruins of Chateau Gaillard castle just before sunset. It was Richard the Lionheart’s castle. It was constructed in a meander of the River Seine at Les Andelys (Normandy) between 1196-1198 to protect Rouen, its capital.
