Vegan Gugelhupf

Vegan version of the Gugelhupf (also Kugelhupf, Guglhupf, Gugelhopf, and, in France, kouglof, kougelhof, or kougelhopf), a cake baked in a circular Bundt mold that has a hole in the middle. It is a speciality of Alsace region in France, and it is widely popular in Central Europe especially in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Croatia, Hungary, Bosnia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic and Poland.
